Game Help / Won't let me login

(I hope I'm posting this correctly) I have made an account for FeralHeart and have everything under 16 characters, verified the email address properly, and downloaded it without a hitch. But when I go to login it'll say 'Connecting to front server' before telling me I have the incorrect username or password, and I have tried multiple times, checking the email and going over everything so many times over. I just don't know why it's having issues?
