Game Help / FH won't open at all????

So I'm trying FH once again but this time I have a mac. It is on the most current update, El Capitan OS X 10.11.4 and the download seems to go fine until I try to open it...and I get this error:

An error occurred while starting the X11 server: "Failed to activate core devices.

Help?

That's right, I am selling TLK style commissions on dA. I do semi realistic and realistic as well, but TLK is one of my more favorites. I still need to get official pricings posted, but if curious, look at the donation pool on my page and it should give you a general idea.
