Feral Heart

I downloaded the game and punched in my log in, but then it would load for two seconds before it would say "Failed to connect to front server", I went through the forum and found some things i could try. I restarted, went through my log, and used the page you have to keep open when playing feral heart due to those hackers it only accepted once then I waited for about 30 seconds until it said lost connection. I need help please!
