Game Help / Unable to get my height map to work in FH!

I managed to get my alpha mask to work (yay!) but I'm unable to get the height map to properly show up. Any suggestions on what might've happened and how I can fix it?
(Note: I moved both files into the 'Terrain' folder. Maybe it could be something to do with that somehow? Or how I made the images?
Here's an image of my height map if it helps.)
