Game Help / How to put custom objects into map maker folders? anyone?

Ok sorry about this as I know that this is a pathetic question 
but how do you put your custom objects into the maps that you make? I have done it before, butthen FH was changed and now tis different. I have put the material, mesh and texture files in My_objects but its not showing up :U
If anyone knows it will be very much appreicated c:
