Game Help / Why is everyone 'White' / 'untextured'

I already know that it must be some kind of marking thing im missing but im pretty sure i downloaded it. ' the legendary markings pack ' i put it in the markings folder but still everyone is white/untextured. what did i screw up here?

 ~-{ Greetings. My name is Kara and I joined FeralHeart on August 22 at 6:00am. And I am happy and excited to experience this game. Hopefully I will be accepted and maybe make some new friends. I have great hope I will be able to fit in here as i love wolves and foxes alot. }-~
