Game Help / No exports folder, HELP!!

I cant find my exports folder, i typed in the extension, and still no!! im thinking about uninstalling, then reinstalling, but im woried my characters will dissaper!! or are they stored in my account, do i have to make a new exports folder, or am i done..?
