When I press my q button I cant run anywhere except straight. I was wondering, how do you fix it?

The portal in my map isn't working. Every time I try to go through it says 'Cannot find Map file'.
I did everything! somebody help $:

I just finished creating a map for my pack and when i go play online it wont show!
I've tried everything! Please somebody help  me.
