Game Help / Login screen is black with only the logo! Map maker will not work.

Hello, there. Maybe you can help me? I'd very much appreciate it. 
I made a big decision to sort out my FH files and get rid of what I didn't need and uninstall FH. Once I reinstalled it, it worked wonderfully. But, when I placed my files back, I started up the game and the login screen was black! (it had the logo and I could still login though) What's wrong? Also, map maker is now not working! FH crashes once I try and open it. D: Please help, I'm stuck.
