as much as I was south pole was back, together with all the old maps a winter map is better than any of the current maps soo.

Not too sure if this is the right place to post this (Mods can move this if necessary!) but today I have made my first two presets! One for my friend and another one for me, my friend is telling me they're great but I feel some bias ; ) I need some opinions and constructive criticism on these so hopefully I can improve!

Me and a friend have made two separate maps for our group, however, I have no idea how to link them via portals. I have a YouTube tutorial on how to link maps together but it doesn't seem to work for me. She sent me her exported files (from the exports folder) through skype and I pasted all the files into my exports folder and it told me to replace the files because I had 21 files with the same name. I tried replacing and pasting the entire folder with her exported files but no matter what her map does not show up in the map maker (so I could link them together). Any easy way of linking both your and somebody else maps together?

I have downloaded a Fog Particle for my map and I have no idea how to make it work lmao. I have followed the instructions inside the folder which told me to paste everything into the particles folder then type in the name of the particle in the 'Particle Template' however when I do that nothing happens?

So recently me and a friend have made two separate maps for our group, I am the one who will link them via portal, however how do I know which files belong to my map? I have multiple mesh packs downloaded and used multiple meshes from random mesh packs. Are there any specific files you need for others to use the map I made? Or can I just copy my entire mesh folder and link it together?


I know how to play on the map myself but I just need help finding my map files (and my friends map files, I know how to link two maps together!) so others can download the map via link.
