Lawrence Edward Williams

"Sir, shall I bring her around?" Lawrence who had been deep in the latest book added to his library raised his head to glance over at Garrison,  the keeper of his house and his driver for when he wasn't needed onset somewhere. He neatly placed the book on the side table beside his leather armchair and turned the knob on the standing lamp behind him until it was completely off. "Is it that time already? Oh dear, well than I suppose so." He pulled himself out of the chair and quickly grabbed his gray suit jacket and fastened on his black tie. "Right away sir." Garrison's footsteps faded into the distance as he heard him open the door and exit to the front, soon being replaced with the sound of a car's engine humming outside. Lawrence stepped away from the library area of his house and patted his dog Sadie on the head before stepping out of his house and into the ivory limo that awaited him outside with Garrison holding open the door. "Watch your step," Garrison said as he shut the car door behind him and went to take over the steering wheel up front. Lawrence watched his house fade from view as trees began to come into place as they drove down the driveway.

 With a loud thud, the trunk of the limo was closed and Garrison stood with his bags in each hand. He nodded to Lawrence and began to follow him towards the port of the cruise ship. Already the media stood ready at the ramp that would bring passengers to the upper deck. He had been given strict orders from his film director to arrive early in order to get passed without being bothered. It seems he wasn't the only one with this plan, as another celebrity probably had boarded before him. He gripped the cold metallic rails as he pushed himself up onto the deck squinting his eyes from the blinding flashes and anonymous questions that emerged from the people behind the cameras. "I'll take care of these. Enjoy you're trip, Mr. Williams." He spoke his thanks and farewells to Garrison who hobbled off to bring his belongings to his suite and quickly leave afterwards.
 
Sporting a sigh, he paced forward to the upper deck leaning his head over the water. His gaze focused on the glistening waves of the darkened water. He was never one to get sea sick, but watching the waves topple over one another did indeed make him a bit queasy. A honk of a horn sounded from the car park for the port as Lawrence turned his head in suspicion. Sure enough there was Garrison driving away sticking his free hand out the window to wave only leaving Lawrence to do the same smiling, though he was pretty sure he could not see him from that far off.

Name: Lawrence Edward Williams
Age: 27
Gender: Male

Appearance: A tall broad shouldered man standing at the height of 6'1", he has fair skin that is lightly sun kissed with pale brown round eyes. His hair is a straight thick dark brown, but often appears as a shade of black because of the  many products of pomade that he uses to slick back his hair. His apparel consists of a wide range of expensive suits and polished shoes as well as tailored shirts and designer hats. Lining his spine is a long pink scar that he got from snagging his back on a piece of sharp steel while out in the Navy. On his right shoulder blade there is a healed bullet wound that he also received during his service in the Navy.

Personality: Lawrence is quite the gentleman, having proper manners and presentation. He carries himself in a slightly humble way, just to make it clear that he isn't one to brag or likes to be snobby about his minor fame. He can be sweet and kind, as well as gentle and calm. Though he has experienced the brutality of war, it doesn't seem to phase him. When he does catch the eye of a lady he can put on a rather flirtatious display and romance. He can be charming when feels, but can easily be made upset if the right button is pushed.

History: In 1905, young Lawrence was born in Albany, New York being the third child to his parents right after his two older sisters. His father had a position in law growing up as a kid, while his mother was partly a nurse and stay-at-home wife. He attended an all boys private school for his entire youth education and was sent to a private school academy for his high school education. He was an average As and Bs student, but was mainly an athlete and played on the high school baseball and (american)football team, while it was still partly similar to rugby.

After graduating high school in 1922 he went on to join the US Navy at the age of seventeen, just at the edge of turning eighteen. He served a total of fours years out on sea, never actually being in any major historic battles but there were a few that he had fought for. When he came back to his hometown, he applied for law school in California deciding to follow in his father's footsteps and one day take over his father's law offices after him.

He had barely gotten through his first semester of college when he was offered a part in a comercial when they directors desperately needed another actor and just randomly picked him out of the crowd. He played his part in the commercial and was soon getting calls from locals for him to partake in their minor movies or t.v series, as well as a number of other commercials. Almost a year later, he was already taking a lead role in two major movies that had received awards. In 1930, Lawrence had received an Academy Award for best male actor in one of his films, which is when he started to become known to the public. Now, he is on his way to england to start filming a movie he had been offered to play a leading part in.
