Feral Heart

I uploaded a map to mediafire, so other's could download it. It was a FHM file and unzipped. When someone tried to dowload it, they said they could find the portal to it.

Does the file have to be zipped?

Also I noticed in other maps that I've downloaded myself, there's also a FHS and FHW file.

Do I need those? If so, how do you make or get them?

Please help so I can get this map up soon.

Thats because theres a issue with the heightmap, if you right click on the image layer (if ur using gimp not sure where it is or same procedure perhaps for photoshop) remove alpha channel. On gimp itll say that exactly, then save it and test it again

How do I turn the alpha channel off? I don't even know what it is or how it was turned on.

When I go into Map Maker, I keep having trouble loading a terrain. I don't know why this is happening, I do what you're suppost do. (Used gimp to make a grayscale terrain.png and a RGB Mask.png; put them in feral heart/media/terrains; then go to map maker) When I go to map maker, I can load Water Mill fine, but when I try to load a new terrain I've made, the game freezes and shuts down. It doesn't do this when I load a new mask or old terrains/masks.

What do I do to fix this? Or is it the game itself since others are having similar problems?

Laterly, I've been getting a lot of problems while trying to play game. Like sometimes I go to start the game, but then it will say Not Responing and shut down Before I even log in. There are also times when the game runs really slow, only on my screen. But what I get alot is when the screen is covered in pixal thing things or when the stone bridge and caves/dens disappear. I've tried shuting down and restarting my labtop, also uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it's still happening. I don't know if it's my labtop or the game itself. What should i do?

I see alot of picture other characters with items like swords, horns, flowers and so on. What I'm wondering is how do you get those items? Do you make them yourself or do you download them from somewhere? And how do you get them to appear in the game? Please help me out here.
