Game Help / I cant log in!

I registered and i verified my e-mail, but when i tried to log into the game, it said i was banned for 10 months! I even uninstalled the game and downloaded it again, it still said it, so i made a new account. It said it was banned for 10 months, too! I would appreciate any help, especially from any mod or admin! Please help!
