It sounds like something may have went wrong when installing it, I double-checked to make sure everything was there, it is. I want you to drag the items.cfg that came with the download (hidden inside the FeralHeart folder of the download.) into your FeralHeart folder and then look for it again. Let me know if that still doesn't work.

It should be there under the "Neck" section just after the "Muzzle" section roughly 53 clicks down the list. (Don't use the scroll bar, you might miss it.)
I see Black, Blue, Checkered, Fire, Green, Plaid, Polka Dot, Purple, White, Orange, Tan, Lime, Gray, and Leaf but no Red. :/

I can't seem to find the red scarf? I'm very sad because that was my favorite scarf. ;n; If anyone knows where it is or why it's missing, I'd love to know!

Notes; I'd like the blue dots to glow, if you'd be willing to give it a shot! Shades of blue with zero green would be amazing as well. X3 The white/cream markings should also be silver! Other than that, have fun with it and feel free to experiment! All I need is the colors blue and silver.
Preset file; Folders 1, 2, and 4 are taken!
