Also, my FH is not picking up the chat. I have to re-login multiple times or leave an area and come back several times. Any ideas?

I downloaded a lava water texture and did everything it said to do, put them all where they were supposed to go but when I try to use it in map maker it shows up white?

Adult/teen/pup - Teen
Bio - Tatelia has always been alone, she has no family. Tatelia tends to be very secretive, giving her a 'Dark Stranger' like personality.
RP sample - -Tatelia watched the creature before her. It's bristly fur standing on end as it howled to the waning moon. These creatures were everywhere. They were all over the news. Unlike other wolves, Tatelia had learned to read. She had seen the newspapers, in bins and blowing through the streets. "Where did they come from?" "What did they want?" Tatelia had no answer, what she did know is that they were taking over, and they needed to be stopped.-

Game Help / Not picking up the chat?

So, I can log in and run around and I see all the players (Most of the time) and can see them moving around but it's not picking up the chat.
Sometimes it also shows that I have no friends online and none offline either. When I click 'Find' it doesn't tell me where they are. When I whisper someone either they do not pick up the message or I don't pick up the reply.
I can sit in Fluorite and even Bonfire and it won't pick up any chat.
This started happening about a week ago.
It is the first time I have ever had something like this happen before.
Does anyone know what is wrong or what I should do to fix it? I uninstalled and reinstalled but it made no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
