Game Help / What the heck? New un-intentional portals

Ok, I made some maps only today. And until today there hasn't been anybody in them. But today I went on and there were a reasonable amount of people, and I thought "Whaaaat...?" They say the maps are public, so does anyone know how to make them private?
The rooms where meant to be for RP not for public use.
The portal is in Cape of Distant Worlds, I haven't seen any other portals there since my joining of FH, and I'm sure others have made maps, how come these ones are showing up?
(P.S. Maps are called Plain, Icelaska, TheDam. There's a premade one called Watermill, but I have edited it slightly.

Yeah, moi plus, 'cept my problem seems to be "Cannot Connect to FRONT Server" not main, ce n'est a BIG problem ><
It's annoying me, and worst of all, I don't know how to fix it >8( Feral Heart, TE REPRENDE EN MAIN!!!
This is getting to me, I was starting an all-species RP, just made a group, left my orginal best group to do it, then CELA ARRIVE! Anyway, I had a pending member and now can't get on.
Je suis desole, I don't know how to fix this problem...

Forgive me for yet another question but...
What must you type into the little box (below)






I typed in "Flourite Plains" (as you can see) and, although it didn't tell me anything was wrong at the time) I found that when I tried to jump through it, it came up with this message





So what's the problem and what must I do (plz, if you can, include screenshots, cos I'm an idiot  ::)

AH! ty, tell me, you don't know how to change the portal location? I have to log off to get back to where I was, the portal is just out of reach, off the map. I tried making another gate, but I must have typed something wrong it says when I jump through it 'cannot find map!' or something :(

So, how would I make snow in a custom map? What would I have to type in? And where?
And... if you have any more tips I'd be glad to take advice, cos really, I have no idea what's going on.
