Well, after you isolate your exports file that you are going to compress, you open notepad and type manually what needs to go where. Then you save that file in the exports file as "Read Me" and when you compress and upload it to a share site, the file will turn up with the download for other people to read.
Just type into google "WinRar free download" And click the one that says CNet. Then just select the program that fits your computer compatibility. It says "Free Trial" and "Pay Later" But you never do. I've used it for almost a year and never once paid.
