It's no problem!

You can search around FeralHeart (or use Google) to find interfaces other members made and download them and follow their directions. Or if you want to make one yourself, there are a good amount of files you will have to edit. all of them are in Media/Textures. They are all the files which the names are indicators of what they are on the interface. You will have to edit each file like you want (keeping them the same size) and overwriting the old ones with your custom files.

Oh I have the spikey collar already. I wanted to see if someone could make Cujo's collar. All I need is the mesh I can figure out the coding myself to position it.

If you can't get it to work, if you have the heightmap you can send it to me and I can get it so it will work.

So it's probably the one layer thing. When you get done with the heightmap, flatten it and then copy it and paste it into another document, making sure it's 513 x 513, grayscale and no alpha channel. Then export it as however you want it, but as a .png. Flattening or merging the layers does not work, it has to be one layer all throughout the process.
