Game Help / FH+ Error??

Alright so, I have downloaded FH+ for the first time. I have logged in exactly one time and the game is alright and all of that. But then when I come to log in a second time, the whole game is black and the maps are unknown. I haven't put the FH+ into the FeralHeart folder. On my computer, FH+ is in Downloads and FeralHeart is in Local Disk. I'm not really sure what to do, I mean I have re-downloaded FH+ a couple times and each time I get the same result.
