Game Discussion / Re: Your opinions on large groups?
« on: October 04, 2015, 03:46:46 pm »
roleplaying with a large group of people that you don't even know is too much of a hassle. it never ends well.

large groups do have an advantage, because you can rp with a large number of people, and that's fun. though large groups are not really ideal anymore in my opinion. new members could get left out, group leaders can get away with being bossy and rude, drama can happen at every inching moment there is an issue, there is often way too much rules and strict ranking (i hate that), and 90% of the members are barely online.

it'll be a good idea to join a rather small rp group. you get to know everyone pretty quickly and small issues can be resolved easier, and they don't turn into unnecessary drama.

I totally agree with you Jenga, when you don't know anyone in a large group you can get left out but then again loads of your friends could be there and you would be having a great time. And drama is always around the corner - I feel a bit sorry for the large group owners who really try to keep their groups under control. As a owner of my own pride, it's so hard! I like quality groups not quantity groups.

Forum Discussion / Re: Is This How We Act?
« on: October 03, 2015, 04:50:26 pm »
Most people are mean via the internet or insult people through the internet or games because they are too scared to actually do it in real life. Now, I have met so many rude people on FeralHeart and the forums, but I tend to ignore their negative behavior. There are WAY more nicer people then idiots in the community and people who decide to act in a bad way should be ignored completely. If we accept these people into the community, then more of them will come.

I know how you feel with your real life problems, I go to FeralHeart for an escape from the outside world, and rude people. BUt as long as you know there are some good people here, you don't need to worry.

Game Discussion / Your opinions on large groups?
« on: October 03, 2015, 12:45:25 pm »
Recently ,I have came across a few large groups. Since the community is expanding, more people are looking for roleplays and groups.

Personally, what I try to avoid, are the big groups. I'm talking groups with 100+ members.
This is because I feel like I never fit in, and I find sometimes roleplays don't take place due to so much people and conversations are high. I don't blame people for this, but I prefer the smaller RP's.

What are your thoughts? Do you like Smaller groups or huge groups??

How much space have you used up on your laptop?

I would recommend cleaning out files (Or you can do a disk cleanup in shorter ways), restarting your laptop and then try opening FeralHeart.
If it happens again you may just have to reinstall, sorry to say...

I have only downloaded a few things but I will try CCleaner, thanks.

I've never had this problem before.

I tried reinstalling FeralHeart many times, but it never worked. And yes - I did delete ALL  the files upon uninstalling.
Please do not suggest reinstalling because I have done this round about 5 times.

I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else because as soon as I go on it, I am met by this;

Feralheart not Responding - I then have to manually close it because the x button doesn't respond either.

I have nothing installed in my markings, items, etc, no mods to see if that worked.

I tried restoring my computer to a earlier date but it still doesn't work.

Please, if anyone else knows how to fix this, please leave a response, I love feralheart and it would be sad to not be able to play it again --
But if you think it's my laptop, please respond. I have a Sony laptop which it is fairly new, I've had it for about 5 months.

Game Discussion / Re: Adoption Center & Adoptions
« on: September 10, 2015, 03:52:21 pm »
Personally, I try and avoid Bonfire because I'm a sucker for adoption centers. Seeing all those poor people without parents makes me feel so bad, I end up adopting everyone there because that's how weak I am. xD
I think because your character is a teen and usually the audience around them aims to get younger pups that usually look like them. I think younger characters are a bit annoying to look after, personally as a 'parent' on feralheart I'm rubbish, most of my cubs/pups/etc end up getting new parents because they get too fed up with me. 8)
