Thanks, I tried to load Gimp but my computer says it cant open the files, plus the downloaded file looks weird. I really want Gimp to work on my computer, but the only way is to try choose a program to open the file and we did that once and it ruined the computer

Does anyone know from experience that Inkscape will work like Gimp and Photoshop? Gimp will not work on my computer so im looking for something else
