Game Help / Sky's Rim portal and Atlantis Portal won't appear

So I've been dealing with this problem with a long time and I didn't know how to fix it. Basically, the Sky's Rim and Atlantis portals won't appear. I thought of re-installing FH but I was afraid of losing my Mass Markings, my characters, and my Items. I looked at my FH folder in the C disk and I couldn't see any maps named "SkysRim.fhm" and "Atlantis.fhm" or something like that. I really want to explore Sky's Rim and Atlantis like all the other people but the portals just won't show up! 
Also, sorry if there's already a topic about this on this board, I am just in a panic and a hurry so..
