This is Oksana. A member of a foreign council created in the aftermath of a great War, she must follow the duties of her superiors; to bring a further halt to war, before it starts, by killing their upbringers.

Cloaked in blue to hide her identity, Oksana must travel across alien worlds while keeping secret one cursed fact: That she is the descendant of the malicious demon mentioned in Japanese tales; the Kyuubi, the Nine-tailed fox.
While thoughts and actions of malice have been and will remain absent in Oksana's demeanor, she remains marked by others as a demon, just as her root of origin was. And so she keeps secret, an assassin.
With her large, flat-toothed blade, Juxtabellum, Oksana travels the many lands under the orders of the council.
To bring peace, by killing war.
