Game Discussion / Re: Cannibalistic Groups
« on: December 19, 2017, 07:26:17 pm »
I have mixed feelings.
I personally have never seen a well-done cannibalistic character or roleplay, it's always been far too "edgy" for my roleplay tastes. However if I were to come across a well made RP with cannibalistic aspects or a character which didn't scream "mainstream" to me then maybe my tune would change.

I don't have an issue with rping cannibalism as much as I have issues with RPing certain other things, but I just don't "get" the desire for it or the drive to go and rp it haha. ^^"

Forum Games / Re: Which of your characters ____?

Absolutely Carmelo -- He's the type who would win the lottery and then go and buy a sports car ahAHA

Which of your OC's would drop all their responsibilities and spontaneously decide to take a road trip?

Depends on the rules, and what one person would consider "strict" is not the same as probably another person would also consider strict. It's opinion based.

I prefer groups with a good set of rules, and a good community starts off with a good set of rules and order. I've joined my fair share of role plays where the chaos was too much for me to handle. Rules regarding respect is big, and I appreciate roleplays that hold their members to a standard. Rules don't always mean "strict" and I've come to realize that having joined multiple myself with rulesets that some would consider "strict" and yet the community is fantastic. Size and color restrictions are also important if the roleplay has a certain setting or a vibe.

At the end of the day, it all comes down to preference. If a long list of rules isn't someone's preference then FH has other options available to them. ^^ Creativity doesn't end at the rules imo.

Thank you a ton! <3 <3 I love the Elk meshes you posted haha, we're honestly probably just gonna add those if we can't find caribou. ;) Those goats are nice too!

I'd be willing to commission/pay for a custom mesh too so if anybody knows someone with the ability lmk!

Request/Find Meshes / Hello! Looking for some animal meshes! (Mostly)
« on: November 24, 2017, 03:26:24 am »
Hey so a group of friends and I are making a map for a roleplay, we're in need of some animal meshes. If you know of anything, or know anyone with requests or commissions open please let me know! Aaaa thank you!

(1) Caribou -- Our roleplay is set in the Yukon, Canada and there are some fantastic Elk meshes (I LOVE the movement) but what we *really* need is some caribou. Movement would be preferred :)

(2) Bull Moose -- Bull moose are aggressive and territorial, we'd love a bull moose mesh in our map :) Standing or moving, either one would be great!

(3) Dall Rams -- Our map is large with many mountains, and we figure some Dall Rams would be a nice touch! OR -- Mountain goats!

(4) Pawprint Wall -- Our roleplay include religious packs, and one of those packs would benefit from a paw print wall. Think brother bear style.

Now, none of these meshes are a requirement for our map to be great but if its possible, and if its out there we would like for them to be included! :) Thanks everyone!

Game Discussion / Re: I Need to Talk About This
« on: July 31, 2017, 11:38:21 am »
I've been on both sides of this. (my cringe 2012 days were filled with "ew neon" i'm so sorry lmao)
My POV is this; You do what you want, and let others do what they want.
I roleplay realistically, and I host realistic roleplays because that is my forte. That is what I enjoy doing and what I enjoy seeing. To me, character creation is only a smidge of what creativity is [and even in realistic roleplays there is a variety of customization options]. What really matters is the story, plot, and personality.
I also have my share of semi-real, and some blatant unrealistic characters and they all have creative backstory and pazazz to it.
Do what you want, and ignore the haters. As long as you're happy that's what matters. :)
After all its a game and meant to be fun, not stressful.
