well im not one for screen shots but how would i take one for a height map? I know how to take them but they wouldnt be very helpful the way i would be thinking of taking them

i have the map and have followed every instruction but feralheart keeps crashing so i cant even make a map, chose a char, or even enter feralheart. Also where do you put the graphics quality items? Please help!
