Those fails, I saw people like that too, I told them to not spam and curse yet they went on...
I've also been seeing states, and now Sonic characters... What...
.....Those Sonic characters were mostly in a legitimate roleplay.  They were no weirder than Warrior cats. 
No they were not in a legitimate Roleplay. They only we're sonic colored characters with the names, and they were just being complete nuts.
TEC sometimes likes to be nuts, too.  They're a legitimate RP.

Is that the size of the image file for the height map?  It has to be 513x513.  You change the size of the map itself in map maker.

so....
 i do all the same in the what is in the introduction but when i write ***.particle in the particleBox, it say that the ***.particle can not be found  >:( >:(
That's because you have to open the particle file in notepad and use the particle's name that you see in there.

Nevermind, KovuLKD (rather indirectly) showed me how.  Don't ask how or why he did so, it's complicated.  (it involved Impressive Title and hopping spooks)

Somebody please lock this.

Oh, well those codes should help with making the preset markings move.
Try using those codes and it should animate the markings?
I'm not a master really at preset making, so try asking someone part of the staff, maybe?

You don't understand.  The pelt is one moving texture, the underfur also has a moving texture, and there are markings that move willy-nilly on top of that.

.....But the preset seems near-impossible.  On the head, body, tail, mane, and just about everywhere there are supposed to be two sets of different moving markings. 

I thought about using masks like the ones in Impressive Title to make multiple sets of different moving markings, but how would I go about doing that?  Can somebody link to a tutorial?  Thanks in advance.

That's not how I did it.  I took a black 512x512 image and erased some areas before putting it on top, like I did with an older preset.

That's odd. This problem only occurs with white mask...

Can you PM me your material file and the images for the tail?
Maybe there's something else here..
It's not just the tail, but okay.
