me and my friend were chatting and she asked me to download a map. i downloaded it and i come into FH and all I see is blackness! I cant see anyone and they cant see me! i'm really agitated right now and i would really like someone to help me

i have a problem but i cant even get to the sign in thing, it says fh stopped working everytime a try and log in it would say this for the problem
