Forum Discussion / Re: What Do You Post With?

I use either a desktop or laptop; I miss my desktop. I could never post with a pad or phone, just the feel of it seems off to me.

Game Discussion / Re: Nice and/or Amusing Warrior Cat Names

I think pop-culture referenced names for warrior cats seem the most out of place. Like, "Randompaw" "Gangnamtail" or "Jokerstar."

Well, agree, disagree, neutral, just all a matter of opinion. I never aim to offend, however, if I have, I give sincere apologizes. Anyway, feel free to explain any points I may have misinterpreted.

Forum Discussion / "Wolfspeak" equals good post?
« on: June 18, 2013, 03:17:05 pm »
For past few weeks, I've been thinking about what makes an "good" post, mostly in literate ones. Most people deem using "wolfspeak," means you are a good role-player or writer. In addition, to have understood that half of the terms used are either non-existent or have a completely different meaning altogether. To me, now, they seem like designated terms to use to appear smart or simply a language people are most familiar with. I would like to steer away from this type of "speaking" and concentrate more on the creative aspect to role-play. I've been exploring more of the English language, as well as foreign ones for my occasional dialogue in tongue. It's not about the "fancy, scientific" terms that make you "literate" or flash yourself as a smart person, it about being creative with words, using them to set an original story to be read . As one writer to another, I also want to encourage that others explore their own language, use words that modern people have forgotten or don't know that exist. The complacency afterwards in doing so is worth it.

Game Discussion / Re: your opinion on video spammers?
« on: June 17, 2013, 10:11:48 pm »
The more movies I see spammed, I simply disable the videos altogether. The movie spamming, in my opinion, is annoying. On occasion, I'll watch at least one or two videos for my inquisitive mind. Usually someone wanting a mate, randomly dancing, and so forth. Only when the movies get spammed every two seconds, off goes the chat. ~

Game Discussion / Re: Name-Stealers

Personally, I don't mind the name-taking in some instances. I take into the consideration that we live in a massive world with individuals with similar mind sets and ideas. However, there is nothing more embarrassing than someone else with your character's name /or username, or appearance, flailing around the maps. Either acting as lurking trolls or being unnecessarily rude to people online. With occasion of this happening to me at least twice, I've grown to have a more tolerant approach. In contrast, if the name is held will some ounce of dignity, I wouldn't mind the name being used. Other than that, I would either continue to pass on with my current character, attempting to drown out the now battered name, or simply create a new character altogether.

Game Discussion / Re: Best Roleplay Ever
« on: June 15, 2013, 09:26:01 pm »
Thus far, the best role-play I've participated was also The Evergreen Wolf Pack, I remember it well. I would stay up till early morning and sometimes slept at the computer desk for the fun of it. I was Dani, when joined. I was fairly new to FH and getting the feel of the game as well as acquired a taste for role-playing. I admired the idea of wondering around the maps, role-playing together, and interacting with other players. My most fond moment with the alpha, Conflict, before the group was created where I fought him and Creedance on one of my older player characters, "Adoku."

Best defeat ever.

Funny story, I finally discovered what black licorice was until I bought some at a random market, mistaking it for dark chocolate...
I was beyond miserable that day. (-..-)''
