Game Help / Can't get onto game

I can't get logged in! I have played Feral heart many times, but this has NEVER lasted this long. I typed in my Username, and password hit login, i wait a few minutes. And it says "Failed to connect to front server". This has been going on for over a month now. ALL of my other games like Wolfquest are working perfectly. I have the patch, and everything is working, except Feral heart. I keep curling up in my bed crying my self to sleep after i get on here and try to see if i cant fix it

The little pup on her back laying on the rock is Katherin. She is my character on FeralHeart, her sister is the one on the ground, who is now on the game a adult. And Katherin is actually a Adult on the game as well, but i liked when they were pups :3 And yes, Katherin is how you spell her name.
