It still says invalid usename/password when logging in.

Hi guys.

First of all,  my mouse cursor disappears when i start the game to its really hard to choose the right option.  It shows up if i scroll to the edge of the screen.

Second of all,  the game constantly says that my login information is incorrect.  i'm very careful when i enter it.  ive never been able to login at all.

any suggestions?
