Game Help / Crashed FeralHeart Will not close

Lately I have been having a problem with FeralHeart I have never experienced before. FeralHeart has been crashing quite often, and although this has happened before, now it will not close. I have tried everything from spamming the close button to using task manager to pretty much everything else, but it seems the only way I can close it is to completely restart my computer by holding down the power button. This, as you would expect, is extremely annoying and tedious. Would anyone have suggestions or fixes to my problem? Thanks! -FWM

Our Lost Beginning
Plot: The Clan of EmberClan has lived peacefully in the forest for countless moons, but that is about to change. A out of control forest fire consumes the entire clan, with almost no survivors. Only three cats escape: Crowpaw, Mothpaw, and Owlpaw. Each cat finds new clans and becomes the leader of each, and this is where our story begins.
Clans of the forest: FallClan: FallClan is a clan of water, living on an island in a large forest. They are mostly meduim sized, with short, sleek fur to repel water. Leader: Owlstar Deputy: Poppydawn Medicine cat: Littlebird Medicine cat apprentice: None
BarkClan: BarkClan resides in the forest, and lives deep in the lush forest, being expert tree climbers. The cats of this clan tend to have larger builds and powerful mussels to climb the trees of their home. Leader: Crowstar Deputy: Briarflight Medicine cat: None Medicine cat apprentice: None
MarshClan: This Mysterious clan was only very recently known to exist to the other clans. These cats reside in the marshes, and they are trained to be able to walk on the muck without sinking. The cats are mostly very small, about a little more then half the size of the cats of other clans. Leader: Mothstar Deputy: Robinflight Medicine cat: Lavenderpool Medicine cat apprentice: Brightpaw
Info: We strive to be active, with each leader coming on almost every day, and many cats from each clan coming on often. The leaders and some members keep contact with Skype as well. The site is updated regularly with news and more. One thing to point out is the medicine cat/ medicine cat apprentice ranks are not open for requesting. If you wish to be a medicine cat or medicine cat apprentice, it must be talked about with the leader of your clan after joining. Any other rank (other then leader of course) may be requested. Also, You can create Rouges, Loners, or Kittypets. Just add Rouge/Loner/Kittypet as your clan

(I think as long as we stick to remembering General and not get into fights about bringing it back, this topic should be ok to stay open)
I remember General when I first joined, back when the word Role-play was alien to me. I stopped playing for a long time and when I came back this January, General was no more, so it didn't bother me too much. I remember all the chatting that went on, and how so many RP's were advertised on there. I do remember how many Warrior Cat RP's there were, I guess they always have been around. Also how many spammers there were, so annoying!
I do wonder what it was like the day General was removed, I imagine a bunch of wolves/cats running around, freaking out, and a small group of others laughing like crazy at the sight.

So i was playing freralheart and went throgh the secret portal. I realized it was my map. Anyway i looked for the portal out and found it. Outside the map limits 
i cant get out and i really dont wanna have to make a new charecter. please help!!
