Anyone got any idea as to how to get it working? I haven't played FH for a year or two so maybe that has something to do with it?

Im new here and i only downloaded the game yesterday but i already have three characters XD, so yeah, HI! im from Iceland and would like to meet new friends! :0
Oh and if you see me in the game i cant type...because i dont have an actual keyboard
