Site/Forum Help / Registration 'checking availablitity'

So some of you may have seen my thread where I realized I cannoy log on to feralheart because of my long username - so, I noticed reg is currently open right now, and I'm trying to set up a new account... accept the 'checking availablity' loading sign on email and username never stop! Is this an issue with the site, my internet, or just stress on the servers? Is there any way I can fix it? Thanks in advance, sorry to bother!

Golly, I used to have a big problem with wolfspeaking... I thought it was the cool thing to do! My RP messages would take up so many messages, it was kinda silly! Now, I've adopted a more simplistic RP style, but I honestly don't have a problem with y'all wolfspeakers! I think it's neat that y'all put so much effort into yer RPing, even if it can be a bit dizzy to read! Keep doin' what yer doin'!

Why hi there! I'm Komasan! I'm not new per se, but I'm new to the forums and haven't gotten back into FeralHeart for over a year now! Golly! For now I'm unable to play the game because of my long username, but yaknow I'd love to chat on the forums!
I'd love to make some new friends or just chat about the fun that is the FeralHeart community!
I'm personally a canine person, but I have made a few felines - what about y'all?
Anyways, I hope we can all have lots of fun together!! See y'all!

EDIT: Well golly, I just checked my profile and I've been on this game since 2012! Kinda funny I decided to get back into it now!

I've tried everything to try to get my game to connect - only to find out there's been a 16 character limit placed on usernames since last time I logged on [a loooooong time ago...]. My current username is... 17 characters. Whoops. Is it possible to change our username? Or will I just be stuck until reg opens up again...

Game Help / Failed to connect to front server + incorrect password [SOLVED]

EDIT: Well I guess it isn't really "Solved" but. I figured out the reason I cannot play is because I created my account back when the number of characters in the username did not matter, and I made mine 17 - the new limit that prevents login is 16... If you are having a similar issue, I advise making sure your username isn't over 16 characters - if it is, we can wait for the new reg window together!  :'(

:-\ I'm getting the error message 'failed to connect to front server' plus, on occasion, it will connect but will show the message 'incorrect username/password' when I know for sure I am using the correct one. Using the new login/play game system has not fixed it, does anybody have any ideas?
