Game Help / Feralheart Websetup download problem?

Hi there,
So my friend is trying to get Fh downloaded on her laptop using the websetup way, however it has now been taking over 4 hours, and there seems to be no progress whatsoever.

Any ideas what might help? Anything will be welcomed.
