Feral Heart

So I recently got a chromebook. I went to download Feral Heart on it but it says that the file is not supported and that I should go to the chrome web store to find a similar app. Is there anything I can do to get Feral Heart on here? Like an app that will open exe files? Because I think Feral Heart is an exe file and that is why it refuses to open. I really need help. I can still use it on my desktop but I would like to use it on my chrome book. 

So my username is .~::EPIC::~. And when I am on my desktop I can get in just fine. But I recently downloaded FeralHeart onto a laptop. And so when I went to log in my ~ would not show up. I was allowed in on a account a friend let me use for a moment, on the laptop of course, but when I went to type the ~ again it did not turn up. The key works just fine on other things like paint, wordpad, and the FeralHeart site. So I don't know what is wrong with it. Should I just make a new account? Because the reason I put FeralHeart onto the laptop is because it would no longer work on my desktop. So I was wondering if making a new account would just be easier then trying to fix the problem. Please help. All suggestions will be tried. >.<" It is just bugging me and I was wondering if it could be fixed.
