I have tried both of though things, I think I just might make a new main account when the registration is open, or just use my alt account.

Game Help / Preset problems

I've been having a preset problem. Yes I Have tried everything, renaming, reexporting it. I even let one of my trusted friends to help me by getting on my account and exporting it while i'm on my alt account. When I was on this alt account we tried it on there. It worked! But we didn't know why it wouldn't work on my main account. Can you please help us? ;n;
