Game Help / Flourite Plains getting an error?

So I was on Feralheart in Flourite Plains. Randomly while I was chatting it froze for about 3 seconds, then it crashed with "Feralheart.exe has stopped working" I went back on the same character, and the same thing happened on the loading screen. I tried another character that was in a downloaded map and it worked fine. So, I am guessing Flourite Plains just isn't working. Does anyone know why? Apparently it is happening to a few other people. Also, does anyone know when it will be back up? It has been like this for almost 15/20 mins. I am not impatient, I was just wondering. Thanks.

Hello everyone! :3 I am Cyros AKA Riley. I just joined today with a new account after a LOOOONNNGGG break. I am so excited to be back on! I love to RP as a street dog. I actually have my own group called The Eastern Street Dogs if you wanna check it out :3 I am really excited to meet new people and staff on here!
By the way, I am a girl in real life, but I have a habit of making male characters x3 Just thought I would point that out haha!

The Eastern Street Dogs is recruiting new members. We are semi-realistic and literate. Please, we expect no sparkle dogs or anything similiar to that. Sorry, but we are realistic. Anyway, we are also looking for members who will be on Feralheart quite frequently and will be RPing for longer than just 10 minutes unless you have a reason (Please don't think I was trying to be mean when I said that.) Also, I don't have a map pre-made, mostly because even though I have so much free time, I don't have the patience to work on one. But, hopefully I can make one soon. We will currently roleplay in Flourite Plains, but sometimes in other areas too. Our RP only accepts street dogs and even some house pets. I hope I gave you enough information. If you are interested, whisper me (Cyros) or find me in game. My character will be Riley. I have no other characters and I am the one and only Riley, he is one of my fursonas. Please send me a PM if you want to join.
RULES
:No swearing or cursing. We don't need any problems and use the kick button, do we? >
:NO GODMODDING OR POWERS- It is very unfair to everyone else.
:You must be active, meaning you join and quite often show up.
:Be nice to other players. If they make a mistake, or in Rp they fight with your character, try and calm your niblets. Its an RP.
:Have fun!
