it had all the files there and I followed the read me and it still didn't show up as a portal in game

Greetings, I am having a spot of bother with a map I have download it will not show up in cape of worlds I have exported the file in to exports and the sound file into the FH sound file so I was wondering if anyone could or would be willing to help me solve my problem. Much appreciated thank you for your valuable time
