So should I re-download the game, or try to find the files myself?

It looks like FH+ has wings. In one of the updates, it says that the wing presets are in preset 11 and 12. But when I go to create a character, there are no presets. I went to the game folder, and there is nothing in the preset folder but Read Me and Simba_1.fhp. Is this supposed to be like this?

Game Help / *solved* The game screen is black?

When I start up the game, up pops the log in screen. The screen isn't black, and the background is actually quite pretty. But when I go into Character selection, the background screen is black. It almost looks like the characters are floating in darkness. I figure it'll be fine when I go into the game, but the screen is still black. I've waiting five minutes, and I know it's not that it just takes a while to load. I can see all the option buttons, the chat box, and mine and everyone else's characters, but everything else is pitch black. I've tried re-downloading the game over four times. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
Also, it seems like some other people are having this problem too. Is it true that at the present, there is no fix for this?

EDIT: I made it the same size, yet it still closes when I try to enter the Height map file. Having a flat map would really suck..

Whenever I get on FeralHeart and go to map-maker, I load my map, Pridelands(name is changed for privacy) and click on the maps tab. The minute I type in my height map name, it closes off and says - "Feral heart is not responding" When I enter my Terrain mask name, it works fine. What am I doing wrong?
