Oh wow. I was about to say all that checks out until you said something about the color thing. I did not know that? It never used to be like that. Do you by any chance know how to get rid of the white coloring in the picture, without me having to redo it completely?

So I just created this height map for a new map I am making, but every time I try to load it in map maker, my game crashes. I made sure that the height map is in grayscale, that it doesn't have layers, etc. Anyone know what is happening, and how to fix it?

That's ok. I'm just a bit upset about my maps. I had been working on 1 map for over a year now so Meh. Plus I kinda like my old items and markings ya know and I really don't want to have to redo my characters......
