Game Help / Downloading Help! Please!

I'm trying to download presets, but it is not working! 
I've done what tutorials tell me; placing me downloads in a random new downloads file, moved it on to my desktop, than went to my FeralHeart folder, and dropped into the presets folder. When I went to preset maker on the game, the downloads were not there. 
I even checked on my account and did not see them anywhere! Please Help!
