Feral Heart

Nanook perked her ears at the sound of the other dog's seizure, she snapped her head up, her discolored eyes darting quickly towards the dog known as Milano.  She raised her tall yet slender frame and briskly padded over to her, nudging Milano's shoulder with her damp nose.  "Uhh... Are you alright?" She asked hesitantly, her feathering tail swishing awkwardly from side to side.

Nanook growled slightly.  "Leave that boy alone, he didn't do anything to you." She said, starting to get irritated once more.  She curled up with her back to the others, trying to fall asleep.

"Since when did I say I was mad?" She mumbled calmly, closing her eyes as she enjoyed the rain dropping down from the silver clouds that resembled her fur color.  She crossed her two front paws, running her tongue over them once before resting her head upon them once more.  She still wasn't hungry... Which was odd for a dog her size, usually she was hungry all the time.

Nanook lifted her head to look at the newcomer who had just slid to a stop in front of the group.  Her left ear drooped, as the other stayed upright, and she parted her jaws to speak. "I'm not exactly sure what you just said.... But I'm guessing your name is Diva?" she half mumbled.  Her broad shoulder's in which she inherited from her Husky relatives, slumped forwards her discolored eyes watching "Diva" if that was indeed her name, carefully.  The dog wasn't a german shepherd, Nanook was half shepherd herself, and this Diva, dog for sure wasn't one, Nanook would have been able to tell.  "Well I'm Nanook, what kind of dog are you anyways?" She said, reaching one hind leg up to scratch at her one erect ear, replacing it back down on the ground after she was done.

Nanook snarled, using her obvious bigger size and shaking the dog off her scruff.  She narrowed her discolored eyes at the dog who had tried to pull her out.  "I can take care of myself...." she snarled, quickly hopping out of her cage and onto the slick floor.  She skittered across the floor over to the opening in the door, looking back once to the Shiba Inu still in her cage.  She slid out the door, and immediately followed the other dogs, deciding that once she was far enough away from this wretched place, she would drift off to be on her own.
