ok i went to the game an clicked loged in an it wont let even pick my character, it keeps saying "Failed to connect to Front Server", what does that mean?

ok iv tryed everything an everytime i log in it says "failed to connect to front server" so i reinstalled it an it still doesnt work iv done tryed everything an i havent played for 3 weeks cause of this so what do i do PLLZZ HELP!!!!!
