No both my name and password are under 16 characters long... I typed EVERYTHING in right and I still can't get on... I don't understand why....

Guys I want to know why I am not able to login to my account. When I start my game up and I type in my account info it says it's invalid.... I know it's not invalid because I'm able to login to the website here just fine.... I know I'm typing everything in right it just won't let me login. Can someone help??
