Game Help / unable to play because loading never ends

Hi,

since I downloaded the update from June I can't play the game.
I log in to the website, open the "play game" tab and leave it open. Some minutes later I open the game, log in, choose my character and click "start". Then the loading screen appears. Even after 15 minutes of waiting it still shows the loading screen and so I can't play the game. Restarting the game doesn't help.

Can someone tell me what I can do to play it again?

Game Help / Re: can't connect to front server/ request accepted sending login

I have the same problem for some weeks now. Everytime I want to log in to the game it says "failed to connect to front server". If I want to log in on the website everything works fine. I played the game before on the same laptop with the same internet connection and it says the connection is strong. Does somebody have any idea I could try?
