Game Help / Exporting map? -Help-

Hello feralheart people n.n
I have a tiny problem, but it's more like question .. I made a map, with other maps in (Like.. There are three portals in one map, and then you can teleport to the other maps, ye know owo) And i just wanted to ask if i should only export this map with the teleports in, or export each of them? I know how to export maps and put them on mediafire etc. but i've never tried exporting a map with maps in it - So.. what do i do?
