Game Help / Marking textures gone

Ok, so I had to un-download and download Feral Heart and knew I had to download all of my maps, textures, markings, etc. But when I got on (This happens every time) The markings switched around so I had to return the characters to their previous looks.. But this time two of my characters just ended up being full white, like a marshmallow...  put everything where it was supposed to go and everything but they are still white.. I REALLY don't want to redesign these characters so please, someone help >_<

Game Help / Characters will not connect

Hello! You are probably annoyed with things like this but..
I am able to log in.. or "connect" anyways, but when I click on a character it goes to the loading screens and says it cannot connect... I made a new simple character before that for exploring and that one connected just fine... My original characters have August 22 markings... Maybe that's the problem?? I would like it if someone could help me with this problem.

Bet you're getting tired of seeing these :P well sorry. I tried downloading them both ways but the website download my laptop said unsupported and first windows blocked it from me.. I tried torrent but that wont download either... Any help? Will there be a third download option like the last setup at some point? :(
