A good thing to think is that trolls are people who are either bored, or getting angry of something they do not like. However, the best thing as all said here is to ignore them. Some troll them back with comebacks, but don't to do that in local. In addition make sure you know you don't make a fool of yourself. That just feeds them...

Actually, it's sadly your internet. I have experienced these issues before, however, I never been through so many "Bad token" messages. You just have to fix your internet connection. In my room for example, the connection with Wifi is decreased a good amount, so I sit another place and it works fine. This is only a simple tip I can give you, but I hope you fix it!

I had this kind of issue, however, this was other files. You might have noticed when you redownload it the files might still be overwrited. Therfore I simply deleted all files in the trashcan. Then I ensure I download it alot of times without any meaning.
