Game Help / Feralheart crashing

My friend is apparently having some problems with the game. Whenever she goes on feralheart, it crashes. She has tried changing and checking the rendering system, etc, but nothing works. The game won't run on any of the computers in the house, so we thought it could be the internet or maybe the feralheart itself that's having a problem at the moment. It happened after her vacation when she got home, around 4 weeks ago, and never worked since then.
Are there any advice? Or maybe some current problems with the game itself at the moment? Or do we just have to be patient and see if the game will work in the future?
Please help!
