Feral Heart

I have problems with the mass markings as the topic says. So, i recently reinstalled my computer. I downloaded Feral Heart and the mass markings, exported them into  ' Media ---> Textures' and everything was fine untill the biggest part of my characters had marshmallow heads,tails or bodies.  Any idea of how i can fix this? I tried re-downloading the mass markings and other versions of them,but i still have marshmallow parts on my babies T^T
